Subaru Reports October Sales - Total Sales Year-to-Date Up 5% -
CHERRY HILL, N.J., Nov. 3, 2003 -- Subaru of America, Inc., the only car company that offers symmetrical all-wheel drive as standard equipment on every vehicle in its product line, reported October sales of 14,785 units. This total represents a five percent increase in sales year-to-date.
The Subaru Forester recorded sales of 4,967 units, a slight decline from October 2002. The Legacy model line sales totaled 6,028 units, while the Subaru Outback recorded sales of 4,078 units for the month. The Impreza line recorded 2,941 units, and the Baja posted sales of 849 units for the month.
