Suzuki to Hold Press Conference Re: Suzuki v. Consumers Union: Monday, November 3 at 1:00 p.m. National Press Club

WASHINGTON--Nov. 3, 2003--On Monday, November 3, 2003, the U.S. Supreme Court denied Consumers Union's petition for review in Suzuki v. Consumers Union. This case now will go back to California for a jury trial.

In light of the Supreme Court's announcement, Suzuki will hold a press conference for credentialed news media in Washington, D.C. on November 3 at 1:00 p.m. EST at the National Press Club in the Peter Lisagor room.
