Suzuki to Hold Press Conference Re: Suzuki v. Consumers Union on Monday, Nov., 3 at 1 p.m. at National Press Club

BREA, Calif.--Nov. 3, 2003--Suzuki anticipates an announcement by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding Suzuki v. Consumers Union. The announcement will determine whether this case will be reviewed or go back to California for a jury trial.

If the U.S. Supreme Court makes this announcement, in light of Consumers Union's anticipated response to the decision, Suzuki will hold a press conference for credentialed news media in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 3, 2003 at 1 p.m. EST at the National Press Club in the Peter Lisagor room.
