Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. Advances Additional Funds toward the Closing of World of Outlaws Acquisition

RICHARDSON, Texas--Oct. 3, 20031, 2003--Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (OTCBB:BMSR) (Boundless) announced that it has advanced additional funds toward closing the acquisition of World of Outlaws. This advance of $600,000 will ensure the World of Outlaws' ability to cover the upcoming points fund to be distributed to drivers and teams during the O'Reilly World of Outlaws Series season finale banquet in Las Vegas, November 2nd. The final payments to owner Ted Johnson along with the completion of the acquisition are scheduled for November 24th of 2003.
