Suzuki to Hold Press Conference Re: Suzuki v. Consumers Union on Monday, Nov. 3

BREA, Calif.--Oct. 31, 2003--On Monday, Nov. 3, 2003, Suzuki anticipates an announcement by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding Suzuki v. Consumers Union. The announcement will determine whether this case will be reviewed or go back to California for a jury trial.

If the U.S. Supreme Court makes this announcement, in light of Consumers Union's anticipated response to the decision, Suzuki will hold a press conference for credentialed news media in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 3, 2003. A media alert with information regarding the logistics of the press conference will be released at 8 a.m. EST on Monday.
