FCS Control Systems Acquires COM Division of Enprotech Corp.

NOVI, Mich.--Oct. 2, 20039, 2003--FCS Control Systems B.V., a Netherlands based company acquires COM, an Ann Arbor based division of Enprotech Corp., effective Friday, October 31st, 2003.

This news was announced by FCS COM, Inc. a newly formed subsidiary of FCS Control Systems, at the North American Testing Expo 2003. With this recent acquisition, FCS Control Systems continues its growth as a major player in the world wide automotive and aerospace testing industries. FCS already has a large customer base in the US for its simulation products, along with their successful business in Europe, Asia and Australia.

Following the purchase of Kelsey Instruments in the UK, FCS broadens its base in the United States. FCS Control Systems Managing Director Aart-Jan Hemmink noted "We look to change the way customers view providers of test equipment over the next 5 years and beyond. At FCS COM, you will find revolutionary alternatives to the way traditional manufacturers have approached this business.
