Budco Enters Into Canadian Venture; Pareto Dialogue, Inc. Provides Warehousing and Fulfillment Services
DETROIT, Oct. 29, 2003 -- Budco, the Highland Park based marketing and distribution company, announced that it has signed an agreement today with Pareto Corporation, Toronto, Ontario to form a company in Canada. The new company, Pareto Dialogue, Inc., will provide warehousing and fulfillment services in the Canadian marketplace.
Sandy Matheson, Pareto executive and fulfillment and distribution veteran, is the President of the new company. Christopher Ciceri, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Budco, will oversee the venture from a Budco perspective.
Pareto Dialogue, Inc. will begin operation later this year. It will be primed with and feature Budco's propriety distribution technology and ISO 9001:2000 certified processes and procedures.

Budco had been looking at the Canadian market for quite some time. As part of Budco's review of this market, the company engaged Financial Task Force, Inc., a Canadian Merchant Banking firm. Financial Task Force brought Budco and Pareto Corporation together.
