WHO: VITEC LLC, the first company to venture into the Clark Street Technology Park, a once severely underutilized area at Clark Street and Michigan Ave. on Detroit's southwest side. Today, the Clark Street Technology Park stands as one of the most successful empowerment zones in the country.
