JAKKS Pacific Adds Top Race Team to NASCAR Line-Up

- RCR Joins the Road Champs NASCAR Roster -

MALIBU, Calif., Oct. 22 -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. announced today that the Company will add Richard Childress Racing(R) to its award-winning NASCAR(R) licensed toy line. JAKKS will produce a multi-category product line based on top driver Kevin Harvick, ranked second in the NASCAR Championship points race, and his RCR Race Car #29, as well as RCR Race Car #3, owned by legendary car owner Richard Childress. JAKKS' NASCAR line includes Hendrick Motorsports(R) and Joe Gibbs Racing(R), featuring Jeff Gordon, Jimmy Johnson, Bobby Labonte and Tony Stewart.

Under the license, multiple JAKKS Pacific divisions, including Road Champs and Flying Colors, will develop, manufacture and distribute a toy line based on the RCR cars and driver, which is slated to include radio control, infrared and remote control vehicles, action figures, Tongue Tape(TM) candy, role play, slumber bags, backpacks, lunch kits and kites.
