Cascade Corporation Completes Acquisition of Roncari S.r.l.

PORTLAND, Ore.--Oct. 2, 20031, 2003--Cascade Corporation announced today it has completed the acquisition of privately held Roncari S.r.l., a leading supplier of materials handling equipment to the Italian lift truck market. Roncari, located in Vago Di Lavagno, Italy, has 70 employees, and annual revenues of approximately $12.0 million. The transaction amount was approximately $6.5 million in cash.
