FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Port City Web Signs UNH Division of Continuing Education to
Its List of Customers

PORTSMOUTH and DURHAM, NH, Oct. 21, 2003 -- Port City Web,
LLC today announced that it has signed the University of New
Hampshire's Division of Continuing Education & Summer
Session (DCE) to its list of clients. Port City Web will
rebuild the current website from the ground up with a new
design, new site architecture, and other functional and
aesthetic improvements. The new website will also be
powered by GeekTools - Port City Web's flagship product line
that empowers non-technical people to easily manage their
website and customer base. The project, under a tight
deadline, is scheduled to be completed and launched early
this winter.

"I'm excited about this project because it drives home the
flexibility and cost savings of GeekTools," noted Port City
Web President Erik Crago. "We are modifying GeekTools to
fit into their work flow, into the new website, and to do
the things UNH needs done. If you look at our competition,
they want it the other way around - with the customer
conforming to them."

In addition to an improved front-end website, there is also
a powerful suite of GeekTools powered back-end tools. For
example, Program Coordinators will be able to enter in their
class descriptions online through the use of GeekTools
rather than the current way of filling out paperwork. And
the back-end tools will also promote quicker navigation to
the specific information the user is seeking. "I'm very
excited about this project and the positive impact it will
have on the DCE program in general," noted Heather Smith,
Director of Marketing for UNH DCE. "The streamlined
processes for us and for users will allow us to focus even
more on offering innovative workshops and on better serving
our students' needs."
