Winnebago Industries Announces Cash Dividend

FOREST CITY, Iowa--Oct. 2, 20030, 2003--Winnebago Industries, Inc., , today announced that the Company's Board of Directors met on October 15, 2003 and declared the record date of December 5, 2003 for its upcoming quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders on January 5, 2004. Winnebago Industries began paying a quarterly dividend in its 2004 fiscal year which began August 31, 2003. Winnebago Industries now pays a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents a share for a total of 40 cents a share per year, doubling the previous semi-annual dividend of ten cents a share, or 20 cents a share annually.
