N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide and Company Form Strategic Partnership

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Oct. 20, 2003 -- Automotive Lease Guide (ALG), the benchmark for residual values in the United States and Canada for over 35 years, and N.A.D.A Official Used Car Guide(R) Company (N.A.D.A.), the Recognized Authority in providing used vehicle values to the new and used car and truck market for over 70 years, has announced a collaboration that will benefit the automotive industry.

Through a strategic partnership with N.A.D.A., ALG has agreed to supply N.A.D.A.'s B2B/Web customers with a trial use of ALG's online residual products during a one-month promotion period. The Web Referral Program launched October 20th will result in promoting one valuation solution. Customers will have access to all ALG Editions, will be able to calculate monthly payments, add and deduct options, make mileage adjustments, lookup residuals and much more.

During and after the trial period, N.A.D.A. B2B/Web customers will receive the first month free for each online and offline annual subscription to each of three ALG products. Customers can link to the ALG site by logging in to www.nada.com/b2b and using the specified button to link to ALG's site, www.alg.com .

In addition to the web referral program, ALG will also supply an N.A.D.A./ALG Mapping Table(TM) that will map the unique N.A.D.A. vehicle identification code to the Automotive Lease Guide vehicle ID. Customers will benefit in that both firms will offer an integrated product of two different data solutions. The end result will be a joint effort to promote our products as one valuation solution.
