Southern California High Technology Firm Partners with Major Korean Industrial Company; Enova Systems, Inc. and Hyundai Heavy Industries Join to Advance Technologies in Hybrid Vehicles and Other Alternative Fuel Systems

WHAT:   Southern California-based high technology company teams with
        multi-billion dollar Korea-based international technology and
        industrial firm for global markets in alternative energy
        technologies for vehicles and distributed power generation.

WHY:    Enova Systems, Inc. and Hyundai Heavy Industries, Co. Ltd. of
        Korea will host the opening ceremonies of the Hyundai-Enova 
        Innovative Technology Center, as well as presentations on the
        future of alternative fuels and advanced power solutions for 
        transportation and stationary applications for the global 
        economy.
 
        Hyundai Heavy Industries and Enova Systems established this
        Innovative Technology Center (ITC) to pursue advanced research
        and development projects in power management and conversion
        programs for mobile and stationary power applications for the
        global economy.
 
        Enova Systems is a leader in the design, development and
        production of electric drive systems and related components
        for hybrid, electric, and fuel cell powered vehicles with
        focus on the heavy duty market for urban transit and delivery
        applications.

        Hyundai Heavy Industries is a global leader with a worldwide
        business network in six main divisions: Ship Building,
        Offshore and Engineering, Industrial Plant and Engineering,
        Engine & Machinery, Electro Electric Systems, and Construction
        Equipments.
