DES PLAINES, Ill.--Oct. 1, 20035, 2003--HyRadix Inc. announced today that CDP Capital - Technology Ventures and Sud-Chemie Inc. have acquired UOP LLC's ownership position in HyRadix. As a result of the deal, the company is funded well into the sales phase for industrial on-site hydrogen generators.

"We are pleased with this show of support from Sud-Chemie and CDP Capital as we bring our products to market", said Robert Gray, HyRadix President and CEO. "Both companies believe in the future hydrogen economy and are committed to supporting HyRadix as one of their vehicles for participation." Gray noted that HyRadix will continue to seek additional investors to fund further growth. The company will continue to license key technology from UOP, from which it spun out in 2002.
