Kingsley Coach expanding into Homeland Defense with Mobile
Command Station

MIDDLEBURG, Pa., Oct. 14, 2003 - Kingsley Coach (OTC
Bulletin Board: KNGS) announced today it has received
approval to compete in the bidding for the design and
manufacture of a Mobile Command Station. The pre-bid is
scheduled for October 21, 2003 with the bid opening in
November 2003.

Ralph Dickenson, CEO of Kingsley Coach, stated: "We have
been working on this project for the past 18 months and look
forward to the bidding process. One million dollars has been
allocated to the successful completion of a Mobile Command
Station for the State of Maryland, and we are very excited
about our prospects for success.

customized and standard motor homes, and special use
coaches. Its vehicles are built on truck chassis with
aluminum and steel reinforced bodies, ranging from 30 feet
to customer specifications. The truck chassis motor home,

Over the past 12 months Kingsley has expanded into the
market for Mobile Medical Vehicles that carry PET Scanners
