Japan's Used Vehicle Sales Down In First Half Of 2003

TOKYO October 12, 2003; Japan Today reported that sales of used motor vehicles in Japan totaled 2,568,586 units in the first half of fiscal 2003, down 0.8% from a year earlier, the Japan Automobile Dealers Association said Friday.

On a first half basis, sales posted a year-on-year drop for the third consecutive year. (Kyodo News)
