FleetPride Announces Letter of Intent to Purchase Houston Location Of Robertson Fleet Service

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Oct. 9, 2003 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, announced today that it has agreed in principle with Robertson Fleet Service to purchase certain of its assets located in Houston, TX.

The transaction is subject to completion of due diligence and a definitive agreement. No terms were disclosed.
