Special Edition Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo To Be Raffled Off For
Charity
(October 9, 2003 - Charlotte, N.C.) This fall, four-time NASCAR champion
Jeff Gordon and The Jeff Gordon Foundation will host a raffle with proceeds
benefiting charities supported by The Foundation. Gordon will personally hand over
the keys to the grand prize, a Jeff Gordon Signature Edition 2003 Monte Carlo
SS Chevrolet.
"We're constantly looking for ways to raise money and bring awareness to the
charities we support," Gordon said. "One individual will win a new Chevrolet
Monte Carlo. Most importantly, though, many children and families in need will
benefit through this raffle."
Raffle tickets are $100 each with a limited number of 2,000 available.
The special edition Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo carries an embroidered No. 24 on
each front bucket seat and a passenger-side instrument panel placard. The
placard also features Jeff's signature. Only 2,424 cars were produced and each
have a new 2003 superior blue color that is highlighted with galaxy silver
grounds for effects.
Tickets purchased directly benefit The Jeff Gordon Foundation; a non-profit
organization established in December 1999 by Jeff Gordon that benefits The
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Marrow Foundation and
Riley Hospital for Children. The Foundation is dedicated to help support the
physical, social and intellectual needs of children and their families
throughout the United States.
The more tickets you buy, the more chances you have! Tickets are available
