AmeriCredit to Webcast Conference Call on First Quarter Operating Results

FORT WORTH, Texas--Oct. 7, 2003--AMERICREDIT CORP. will release its first quarter 2004 operating results on Thursday, October 23, 2003. The Company will issue this earnings release after market close. A conference call to discuss the results will begin at 5:30 p.m. EDT.
