Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. Announces North American Distribution Agreement
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--Oct. 7, 2003--Accident Prevention Plus (OTCBB:ACPL), has entered into a distribution agreement with PSR Group LLC. This agreement is for the distribution rights of the APP products (non-exclusive) to the trucking industry, commercial fleets market and government agencies. To date, PSR Group LLC has met with several trucking companies that have expressed extreme interest in the Company's products. Jacob Smathers of PSR Group stated, "We feel that the APP products are viable and necessary product for all vehicles to increase safety on the road today. We are focusing on the trucking and commercial fleet companies. In addition, we have had talks with Federal government agencies that express concern over highway safety and felt that the APP 3000 was practical and essential."
Mr. Smathers further noted, "We began our campaign in August and have made great progress in a short period of time, which can only be due to the overwhelming need to create safer driving practices, cut fuel and insurance cost and the basic desire to reduce accidents on our roads today. The APP unit is getting a very good response rate, as far as we are concerned. We anticipate our efforts to come to financial fruition for both the Company and us by year-end 2003.
