Isuzu to Offer D2DLink(R) Parts Procurement Tool to Help Its Dealers Boost Productivity and Improve Service Responsiveness

Isuzu joins Ford Motor Company and General Motors, as well as other import auto companies, in making the D2DLink product available to their dealerships across the United States.

Isuzu dealerships, which have traditionally relied on the telephone when locating parts, will now have the ability to utilize the online D2DLink parts locator complete with electronic ordering capabilities. The D2DLink(R) online service helps automate the parts procurement process from parts inquiry to order fulfillment. It is available to participating dealerships 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
