ST. LOUIS--Oct. 6, 2003--Maritz Inc, the enterprise performance management company, has named William T. (Tim) Rogers, age 48, president of the company's international Automotive Group. In his new role, Rogers will be responsible for expanding Maritz' automotive business on a global basis. Rogers was until recently president and chief executive officer of Maritz Research, the market research business of Maritz.

"The automotive industry has long been an important area of focus for our company," said Steve Maritz, chief executive officer of Maritz. "Now, with Tim at the helm, we will further refine our ability to help our automotive clients achieve their strategic business goals using the full range of Maritz capabilities, from research and incentives to product launches and more. Since joining Maritz in 1980, Rogers has held numerous positions, including 18 years in the Automotive Research Group. "I'm returning to an industry I know and love, an industry where Maritz has tremendous resources to offer. My focus will be on the development of creative strategies and solutions that address the many problems our clients face today."
