Noble International, Ltd. Announces Two Executive Promotions
WARREN, Mich., Oct. 1, 2003 -- Noble International, Ltd. ("Noble" or "the Company") announces the promotions of Tim Emmitt and Todd Antenucci to new positions with the Company. Mr. Emmitt has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Company and Mr. Antenucci has been named Vice President of Business Development.
In his new position, Mr. Emmitt will be responsible for leading the Operations, Engineering, Research and Business Development functions for the Company. He will also play a significant role in developing and implementing the Company's overall strategy.
Mr. Emmitt joined Noble as Vice President of Automotive Operations in October 2001 and was named Chief Operating Officer of the Noble Metal Processing (NMP) division in April 2002. As the Chief Operating Officer of NMP, he was instrumental in facilitating the division's continuing growth and refocusing the organization on a program of continuous improvement. Mr. Emmitt holds an MBA degree from University of Chicago and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Mr. Antenucci joined the Company in 1990 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the sales and technology development areas of the organization, most recently as Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing for NMP. He has been instrumental in leading Noble's sales growth and driving the acceptance of laser-welded tailored blanks within the auto industry. In his new position, he will have responsibility for managing existing customer relationships, program management and expanding Noble's penetration of the market. Mr. Antenucci earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
