Intelligent Motor Cars to Open New Dealerships

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Sept. 30, 2003--Intelligent Motor Cars Group, Inc. ("IMC"), the operating subsidiary of Intelligent Motor Cars Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IMCG), today announced the Company's plans for new retail dealer locations.

"We've identified at least 5 existing auto retailer locations and 5 property locations in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area as potential acquisition targets that could potentially meet our business plan objectives and high standards of operation," said Mike Magolnick, IMC's Chief Operating Officer. "Our goal is to pick out the best 2-3 over the next 90 days and aggressively transform them into an IMC business." Magolnick added that the timing for this rollout is ahead of IMC's original plan to expand in the first and second quarters of 2004.
