JoeAuto Names Cliff Strong as Managing Partner of Plano Location

PLANO, Texas, Sept. 26 -- JoeAuto, a first-of-its-kind auto service and repair company that puts more control into the hands of the customer, officially announced Cliff Strong as the managing partner of the newest JoeAuto location in Plano on Central Expressway between Park and Parker.

Strong has been with JoeAuto since 2001 and played a key role in the development of JoeAuto's initial "big box" concept. As the managing partner in Plano, Strong provides senior leadership, oversees all day-to-day activities and educates team members and the community about JoeAuto's outstanding customer service.

   --  Longer service hours to accommodate even the busiest schedules -
       6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday; 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday; AND

   --  $10/day loaner cars -- Customers can have access to an automobile
       while their car is being serviced through Advantage Rent-A-Car for
       only $10 per day -- no reservations required;

       car repairs taking place live on the Internet;
   --  Second opinion stations -- JoeAuto provides a private area with a
       phone and competitors' phone numbers so that customers can get second
       opinions on repairs;
   --  Free rides to and from work -- Providing free shuttle service within
       the JoeAuto service area; and
   --  One-on-one customer consultation -- Customers have the option to see
       'what's going on under the hood' with one of JoeAuto's ASE certified
       technicians.
