AAA of Northern California, Nevada and Utah Expands Its Use of E.piphany(R) CRM Software Solutions Into Its Call Centers
SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 24 -- E.piphany, Inc. , a full-suite provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, today announced that AAA of Northern California, Nevada and Utah, the second largest affiliate of the 45 million member AAA federation, is expanding its use of the E.piphany CRM software solution to all of its call centers and district offices. In the second quarter, the AAA affiliate extended its relationship with E.piphany to include a multi-thousand seat deployment of the E.6(TM) Service, Sales and Interaction Advisor software products to better serve its 4 million members.
