Statement From Delphi Regarding Death of Dana Chairman and CEO

TROY, Mich., Sept. 23 -- Statement attributable to J. T. Battenberg III, Delphi chairman, CEO & president regarding the sudden death of Dana chairman and CEO, Joseph M. Magliochetti:

All of us at Delphi are deeply saddened to learn of the unexpected passing of Joe Magliochetti. Joe "Mag" was not only a brilliant industry leader but a dear personal friend. My heart goes out to his family, his friends and the employees of Dana. Joe was an exceptional gentleman and I treasure the time we've spent together -- personally and professionally.
