Federal-Mogul CEO & President Issues Statement on Passing of Dana's Joe Magliochetti

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Sept. 23 -- Chip McClure, chief executive officer and president of Federal-Mogul Corporation, today issued the following statement on the death Monday of Joe Magliochetti, chairman and CEO of Dana Corp.:

"All of us at Federal-Mogul are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Joe Magliochetti. I have known Joe for many years as a valued customer, a reliable supplier and a highly respected competitor. He always conducted business with the highest degree of fairness and integrity. The auto industry has lost one of its true champions -- a charismatic and innovative leader who cared about his people and this business. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Joe's family and to all Dana employees."
