AutoZone to Release Fourth Quarter and Year End Earnings on September 22

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 15 -- AutoZone's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 30, 2003, will be released after market close on Monday, September 22, 2003. Steve Odland, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, will host a one hour conference call beginning at 4:30 p.m. EDT (3:30 p.m. CDT) on Monday, September 22, 2003, to discuss these results.
