GM Racing Congratulates Brian France On Becoming NASCAR 's Major Domo

            

The following statement can be attributed to Doug Duchardt, Director of GM Racing, regarding the official announcement that Brian France has been named Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NASCAR:
