Crawford & Company Finalizes Multi-Million Dollar Outsourcing Contract With Insurer

ATLANTA, Sept. 15 -- Crawford & Company recently signed a multi-million dollar outsourcing agreement to handle all personal lines auto, and home owners claims on behalf of a national insurance company. The insurer was seeking a cost-effective outsourcing arrangement to replace their in-house claims department and turned to Crawford to provide them with an innovative solution. Annual revenues from the agreement are projected to total $5 million to $7 million.
