Copart, Inc. to Webcast Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2003 Results

FAIRFIELD, Calif.--Sept. 12, 2003--Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003 on Tuesday, September 16, 2003, after the close of market.

The following morning, a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific), to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company's performance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending July 31, 2003.
