ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--Sept. 10, 2003--Payless Car Rental System, Inc. and sister company Payless Car Sales, Inc. are hosting the Franchisee Forum 2003 in Orlando, Florida on September 28-30. The meeting offers franchisees and Payless management the opportunity to recognize 2003 fiscal year accomplishments and announce 2004 business objectives through roundtable discussions and presentations.

Noteworthy industry experts Vafa Akhavan, an enterprise performance consultant, and Paul Snider, a finance veteran of the automotive and lending industries, will provide perspectives on industry trends, technology and revenue generating concepts to assist franchisees in a changing industry.
