Integrated Services Group: Major contract signed-5000 GPS Tracking Unit Sale Agreement Completed With Michelon Logistics

Also negotiated and as an integral part of the deal, Michelon will act as the designated delivery point for all SyMPL patented technology based software being developed for Global Pocket PC Solutions and SkyberCorp do Brasil LTDA. Under this agreement ISVG will supply the latest in navigational systems as an integrated GPS based logistics. The signing of this latest contract is one more indication of our strong growth model going forward and the expanding interest in the wireless market. The market value of this deal is over $5,000,000 USD.
According to Flavio Schraibhand, the company's spokesperson in Brasil, the core aim of the agreement is to provide the latest in on-the-dash and stealth technology that is consistent with or better than what has been available and at the same time offering a better price value for the industry. This technology provides a central monitoring and navigational system with the latest in "turn-by-turn" voice prompted directions, route zones, trip sequencing, panic alerts, telemetry feed from vehicle to dispatch, wireless control of tractor-trailer unit as well as a visual map interface.
Additional support for this agreement has been arranged through Satamatics LTD for integrated use of the new D+ satellite tracking solution. Satamatics and Skybercorp do Brasil will be involved in the deployment of this solution with the staff of Michelon over the next 3-4 months.
The agreement is intended to promote several integrated products with the full support of the several suppliers providing monitoring, theft recovery, map support, roadside assistance and dealer supported customer service efforts including dynamic point of interests and real time traffic feeds.
