Toyota realises a 605% return on investment using Brio Software

Weybridge, England, September 08 -- - Brio Software Suite awarded for delivering significant ROI

Brio Software Inc. , a leading provider of next-generation business intelligence tools, today announced that Brio products have recently won two important industry awards. One of these awards was presented to a Brio customer -- Toyota Motor Sales -- for the significant, distinguishable impact made by their Brio implementation. The other award was presented by Brio's SAP customers in the SAPFAQ.com user community through their recommendations of Brio products.

Baseline Magazine/Nucleus Research Technology ROI award

Baseline Magazine and Nucleus Research have awarded Toyota the Best Business Intelligence Implementation award for its return on investment (ROI) using the Brio Performance Suite. Toyota accepted the award at the 2003 Baseline Magazine/Nucleus Research Technology ROI Forum in New York. The conference focuses on successful deployments of information systems that delivered bottom-line results. Toyota Motor Sales uses Brio software to help manage its logistical operations, and the company reengineered many of its key logistical processes based on knowledge gained from Brio reports. The company won the ROI award by demonstrating over one million US dollars in annual savings based on the Brio solution.

SAP FAQ 2003 Members' Choice Top 25 Tools and Technology award

Brio is also announcing that it has won a second consecutive Members' Choice Top 25 award from the SAP FAQ (http://www.sapfaq.com/) user community. This award recognises the 25 products that received the most recommendations in a March 2003 survey of the SAP FAQ's more than 15,000 members. The products were graded on having the "greatest positive impact" on SAP R3/mySAP implementations, and members were asked to select products that they would most recommend to their peers.
