Freedom Entertainment Canada, Inc.'s new Canadian subsidiary of Freedom Entertainment International, Inc., partly owned by eMax Corporation, recently established new offices in Montreal, Canada and in Orlando, FL. eMax's new neighbors include Universal Studios, Hard Rock Hotel, and Walt Disney World.

He has served and currently serves as a Director of several public and private companies. Mr. Swanton is a graduate in Business Administration of the University of New Brunswick.
