Freedom Entertainment Canada, Inc.'s new Canadian subsidiary of Freedom Entertainment International, Inc., partly owned by eMax Corporation, recently established new offices in Montreal, Canada and in Orlando, FL. eMax's new neighbors include Universal Studios, Hard Rock Hotel, and Walt Disney World.
Directors C.T. (Ted) Swanton - Director
Mr. Swanton has over 25 years of experience in providing financial advisory and business management services. His real estate financing and project management experience ranges from residential development projects through large congregate housing projects valued at over US$20 million. Mr. Swanton spent three years involved with Piper Aircraft Corporation in an attempt to move its operation to western Canada. He founded Swancorp Equities Inc. in 1992 as a corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions firm and has managed the growth to where it has become an industry recognized and respected firm in its selected market niche. He has served and currently serves as a Director of several public and private companies. Mr. Swanton is a graduate in Business Administration of the University of New Brunswick.
