Diamond Powersports, Inc. Announces 31% Increase In Sales Revenues For The Second Quarter Of 2003

SUNRISE, Fla., Sept. 2 -- Diamond Powersports, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DPWS) today reported significant sales increases for the second quarter of 2003. As reported in the Company's Form 10-QSB filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, sales revenues increased 31% for the three months ended June 30, 2003 as compared with the three months ended June 30, 2002. Sales revenues also increased 17% for the six months ended June 30, 2003 as compared with the same period in 2002.

The increases in sales revenues were primarily attributable to new and improved parts as well as a growing awareness of Diamond Powersports' products in the second quarter of 2003 compared to 2002.

Pierre Elliott, CEO of Diamond Powersports, stated, "We have been very aggressively marketing our products in several new arenas during the second quarter and these efforts are beginning to be reflected in our sales figures. We expect the motorcycle, sport bike and cruiser markets to continue to grow rapidly and we are attempting to capture a significant portion of the markets."
