Eaton to Participate in Morgan Stanley Conference on September 9

CLEVELAND--Aug. 2, 20039, 2003--Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that it will participate in Morgan Stanley's "CEOs Unplugged Industrials Conference" in Phoenix, Ariz. on Tuesday, September 9.

Alexander M. Cutler, Eaton chairman and chief executive officer, will speak for an hour beginning at 9:45 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (12:45 EDT). The format involves a question-and-answer open discussion with the CEO about issues affecting the company.
