Todd Dunn to Join FleetPride as CFO

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Aug. 29, 2003 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced that Todd Dunn will be joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer in early October. Mr. Dunn has been CFO of Tartan Textiles since 1999. Both FleetPride and Tartan are holdings of Aurora Capital Group. Prior to joining Tartan, Mr. Dunn was CFO of QDSP, Inc., one of the companies that merged to form FleetPride. Mr. Dunn has more than ten years experience in parts distribution to the heavy-duty aftermarket.
