Intelligent Motor Cars to Open New Dealership

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Aug. 2, 20036, 2003--Intelligent Motor Cars, the operating subsidiary of Intelligent Motor Cars Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IMCG), today announced the opening of the Company's first retail dealership. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale's auto dealer market, the dealership will be the first dedicated Buy Here - Pay Here lot the Company is opening in accordance with its business plan.

"We set a goal, we achieved the goal," said Mike Magolnick, IMC's Chief Operating Officer. "Opening this dealership was part of our strategy from the time we went public." Magolnick added that the timing of this opening was ahead of their original plan to open a dealership in the fourth quarter of 2003.

Jerry Scalzo, IMC's CEO said, "This is our prototype location and will serve as the model for our future dealerships." Although no projections were offered, the Company's business strategy since early 2003 has been to open several new retail locations each year through internal expansion as well as acquisition.

The grand opening of the new location is set for this Labor Day weekend.
