Lord Corporation Announces Reorganization
CARY, N.C., Aug. 26, 2003 -- Lord Corporation announced a corporate reorganization involving the elimination of their Division based organization and merging of Business Units under common leadership. This change is effective immediately.
In announcing this change, Richard L. McNeel, President & CEO said, "The restructuring aligns our efforts across Lord Corporation to better serve our customers with market driven, innovative solutions while improving our organizational processes and productivity."
As a part of the restructuring, D. L. Lewis is appointed Senior Vice President, Global Business Management, R. J. Ambrose is appointed Vice President, Research & Technology, W. C. Hinkston is appointed Vice President, Global Operations, D. Siporin is appointed Vice President, Shared Services, A. B. Belden continues as Vice President, Finance & Treasurer, J. W. Wright continues as Vice President, Legal, J. DeLeon continues as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development and, G. M. Estes continues as Vice President, Materials.
