Kingsley Coach Appoints John Thompson as Outside Director

MIDDLEBURG, Pa., Aug. 26, 2003 -- Kingsley Coach Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KNGS) today announced the appointment of John Thompson as an outside Director of the Company. Mr. Thompson has recently acquired over five percent (5%) of the Company in open market transactions. He is a Harvard Business School graduate and has over 40 years of experience in the financial industry.
