Lund International Announces Corporate Identity Changes
DULUTH, Ga., Aug. 18, 2003 -- Lund International, one of the country's premier automotive accessories manufacturers, today announced sweeping corporate identity changes within the company, changes it said will better reflect its standing as a single, integrated organization.
The changes, which will take effect October 31, 2003, include a redesigned corporate logo as well as a new identity system under which the company's six divisions -- Autotron Accessories Division, Belmor Products Division, Deflecta-Shield Accessories Division, Lund Accessories Division, Nifty Products Division and Ventshade Accessories Division -- will appear on signage, stationery and many other communications under the Lund International name.
The company stressed that its product brands, many of which dominate their segment of the automotive accessories market, would not be affected by the new corporate identity program, and that neither retailers nor consumers would be affected.

Lund International designs, manufactures and markets a wide variety of appearance products for the automotive aftermarket, including window vents, visors, hood shields, running boards, bed covers, spoilers, toolboxes, cargo management and other accessories. Those products are sold under the brand names Auto Ventshade(TM), Belmor(R), Deflecta-Shield(R), Lund(R), and Nifty(TM). Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, the company has eight locations and more than 1,000 employees.
