R&B, Inc. Announces New Senior Vice President of Operations

COLMAR, Pa., Aug. 15, 2003 -- R&B, Inc., today announced the appointment of Fred V. Frigo to the position of Senior Vice President - Operations, on September 1, 2003. Mr. Frigo joined R&B in 1997 as Director of Operations and has been instrumental in building operational capabilities throughout our entire supply chain. He has held a number of management posts during his tenure, and most recently held the position of Vice President - Operations, playing a key role on the Company's Management Committee.

Mr. Frigo succeeds David A. Eustice, Senior Vice President - Chief Operations Officer, who has left the Company to pursue other opportunities.
