Jeff Mandelbaum Joins the Sun Hill Software Team as a Strategic Advisor

Veteran Technology Executive Joins Advisory Board

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 13 -- Jeff Mandelbaum, an accomplished high-technology executive, who has played key roles in the growth of industry leaders Real Networks, Commerce One, and Sybase, Inc., has chosen to be a strategic advisor for Sun Hill Software. In this role, Mr. Mandelbaum will provide management consulting and strategic planning to help Sun Hill quickly capitalize on the growing software market opportunity helping companies manage their extended trading networks.

Mr. Mandelbaum's immediate focus will be to lead the sales effort around the company's software products, which provide greater visibility and control over orders, inventory, and forecasts across the extended supply chain.
