RICHARDSON, Texas--Aug. 1, 20032, 2003--Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (OTCBB:BMSR) today announced that the 1 for 100 reverse stock split and name change from "The Entity, Inc." to "Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc." have become effective. In addition, Boundless today announced that its trading symbol has been changed from "ENTY" to "BMSR".
