ADP Claims Services Group Achieves Gold Class Professional Designation From I-CAR
Leading Information Provider Continues Participation in Collision Repair Training Standard to Better Serve Clients
SAN RAMON, Calif., Aug. 12 -- ADP Claims Services Group, a leading provider of integrated business solutions for the property and casualty, collision repair and automotive recycling industries, announced today that its estimating database and Hollander Interchange associates have once again earned the highest training designation in the collision repair industry.
ADP associates achieved Gold Class Professional designation for 2004 from the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair for the sixth consecutive year by participating in more than 300 hours of educational training on all aspects of collision repair. ADP employees completed the same curriculum presented to collision repair technicians and insurance professionals throughout North America.
"We're dedicated to providing practical solutions to everyday situations and challenges in the collision repair industry," said Michael Banton, senior director of database operations for ADP Claims Services Group. "With an insider's perspective on repair facility estimate-writing and management, we can provide more insight and innovation in our repair facility software offerings and services."
The database groups achieved Gold Class status for the first time in 1999.
"This training curriculum has proven invaluable to our database teams and, therefore, ADP software users in repair facilities," Banton said.
