Sievert, Lee & Zdroik Victorious on American Heroes Night

Franklin, Wis., August 9---Bret Sievert, Roger Lee and Jason Zdroik all took
home feature wins on the second annual American Heroes Night Saturday at the
Hales Corners Speedway. The highlight of the Central Services sponsored
evening was a flyover of WWII vintage warbirds in honor of all the American Heroes
in attendance or fallen in the line of duty. The night featured activities
honoring all active military personnel, veterans, police and fire and rescue
personnel from southeastern Wisconsin. Sievert took the honors in the UMP super
late models, with Lee winning the marathon sportsmen Borchardt Triple Crown
finale. Zdroik just beat the double duty Sievert in the modifieds with Barry
Cates victorious the the third leg of the N&S Towing triple crown for the Hales
Whales. A double winner was declared in the Mud Puppy division when Aaron
Stolp and Chris Bauer battled neck and neck until curfew stopped the Mud Puppy
