SiriCOMM, Inc. Announces Multidimensional Agreement With Pana-Pacific OEM Division
Key Marketing and Distribution Relationship to Benefit Highway Transportation Industry
JOPLIN, Mo., Aug. 7 -- SiriCOMM, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SIRC) , a wireless applications service provider and nationwide broadband network operator serving the highway transportation industry, today announced that Pana-Pacific OEM Division has agreed to market SiriCOMM's services to its extensive commercial truck customer base. As the nation's leading supplier of mobile electronic products, Pana-Pacific supplies the majority of mobile electronics to major new truck manufacturers, including Mack, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, and International. Under this agreement, Pana-Pacific will be co-marketing and reselling SiriCOMM's products and services, as well as marketing, selling and distributing 802.11-enabled computing devices used to access SiriCOMM's network. It is anticipated that Pana-Pacific will play a major role in helping SiriCOMM achieve its goal of nearly 90,000 subscribers by the end of its second year of operations. The standard cost of service per subscriber is $49.95 per month.

"In addition to sales and marketing, this agreement will enable Pana-Pacific to provide a wider range of services to its customers and partners," said Trenberth. The broad range of solutions includes providing engineering support to develop additional vehicle integration solutions, e.g., antennas, harnessing, and mounting brackets. Pana-Pacific will utilize its existing relationships with new truck manufacturers and new and used truck dealerships as sales, marketing and distribution channels. Additionally, Pana-Pacific will target truck stops, trucking fleets and truck owners.
Pana-Pacific will also provide sales and marketing support to the recreational vehicle and boating manufacturers, maintenance and parts suppliers, and dealers.
